Work takes place in residential properties including single-family houses, townhomes, heritage homes, and strata condominiums, as well as unfinished attics, crawlspaces, basements, and mechanical furnace rooms.
Be mindful of fall hazards when accessing steep-pitched residential roofs, requiring safety footwear and ladder tie-offs and follow all required safety procedures.
Expand practice into commercial property condition assessments (ASTM E2018 standards).
Hire and dispatch junior inspectors to service large real estate brokerage volumes.
