You install, assemble, align, and repair heavy machinery in sawmills, mines, power plants, and manufacturing facilities.

Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures before working on high-voltage and pressurized mechanical equipment.

Where it can lead

You can advance to maintenance supervisor or mechanical shutdown superintendent.

You can also start an independent industrial machinery installation and alignment contracting company.
