Work takes place in private notary offices, professional storefront practices, and community legal suites, as well as direct consultation rooms for reviewing wills, representation agreements, and financial mortgages with clients.

Be mindful of high cognitive responsibility managing large financial trust accounts and real estate disbursements and follow all required safety procedures.

Where it can lead

Establish and operate an independent community notarial firm, employing paralegals and conveyancing assistants.

Lead high-volume residential subdivisions, commercial real estate transfers, and corporate lease transactions.
