β± 1 School Year- Satisfy English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) via post-secondary transcripts or LPI/CELPIP test

What you need to get in
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit
- Submit criminal record check through the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)

- Register online through the UBC Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division
- Open enrolment year-round with continuous start dates
- Tuition fee of $1,450 CAD includes course manual, digital study tools, and initial provincial exam attempt

- Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) regulations, lease drafting, and dispute resolution hearing procedures
- Property marketing, tenant screening criteria, and move-in/move-out condition inspections
- Statutory trust accounting principles, rent collection, operating budgets, and reserve funds
- Building maintenance fundamentals, HVAC systems, environmental regulations, and fire safety systems
