- Minimum 19 years of age
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit status
- Criminal record check through the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)

- Register online directly with the UBC Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division
- Open enrollment year-round with continuous start dates
- Pay course tuition of $1,150 to $1,450 CAD
- Receive digital curriculum access and physical course textbooks

Realtor licensing course
β± 3β6 Months- Self-paced distance education (typically completed in 3 to 6 months, maximum 12 months)
- 26 graded assignments covering real estate law, property ownership, and agency law
- Purchase and sale agreement drafting and mandatory statutory disclosures
- Land title registry searches, mortgage financing fundamentals, and local property assessment
- Professional conduct, ethics, and anti-money laundering (FINTRAC) compliance
