- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, document formatting, and general office computing
- Public university offering; no official regulator list exists in BC not yet verified
- Keyboarding speed of at least 45 words per minute (wpm) verified by timed testing
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
