- Apply online through the BCIT admissions portal during the competitive application intake (October to January)
- Submit official secondary and post-secondary transcripts showing all required prerequisites
- Complete the Casper online situational judgment assessment
- Provide proof of immunizations, negative TB test, and clear criminal record check under the Criminal Records Review Act upon acceptance

- Radiographic principles, radiation protection, radiation physics, and digital imaging technology
- Human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and pathology identification
- Patient care ethics, sterile technique, contrast media administration, and trauma protocol management
- Extensive clinical practicum placements (over 1,500 hours) in regional hospitals across British Columbia
